Refund policy

Returns are available on merchandise purchased through our website, for items mentioned  during purchase. Returns must be in good condition in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt. Returns will not be accepted for items not covered under returns option or if the item does not have a valid receipt.

Cash refunds will not be issued in value. A credit note will be issued of agreed value for redemption against future purchase. 

Please contact us before mailing any items you wish returned if you are an online customer. We can be reached via email or by whatsapp on the phone.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health, cosmetic, and personal care items
  • Books
  • CD, DVD, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Seasonal items
  • Tumbled stones and beads
  • Jewelry findings and tools
  • Consignment items
  • Special order or custom order items
  • Jewelry or clothing that has been re-sized or altered
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that has had its original packaging removed such as plastic wrap.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or purchase
  • Any item purchased at a Sale, including items purchased on an Instagram Live event.


Items Damaged During Shipping
If you believe your items were damaged during the shipping process please contact us via email or Whatsapp.


Late or Missing Refund
If your return was approved for a full refund and you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a lengthy processing time before a refund is posted. Some institutions can take up to 14 business days to process a valid refund.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email / whatsapp.


Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason including damage or defect. This includes items purchased during an Instagram Live Show. This includes items purchased during ANY seasonal event or sale. This includes items that are permanently marked down or at a special price. Such as pre-made sets, kits, bundles, or blind bags.

Shipping Returns
If you are unable to bring your return to our store please contact us by email or by whatsapp on the phone. You may be asked to provide pictures of the return if you believe the item is defective or was damaged before you received it. Once your return has been approved by us, you may mail your product to our address as informed to you via official communication.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Do NOT mail any product back to the store unless you have received written or verbal confirmation from us via official communication to do so. Unapproved returns will not be processed and compensation will not be issued.

A refund or store credit will be issued once the return item has been received. You will be notified when we have received your return item.
